1. Free No-Obligation Estimate
We begin with a home visit to assess your needs. From there, we'll create a transparent estimate. Different options can be priced.
2. Preparation
Your home's cleanliness is our priority. We'll schedule a time to cover all furniture, floors, and walls in the work area to prevent dust and debris.
3. Scraping
Our skilled technicians scrape the popcorn texture to remove it once your home is completely protected.
4. Sanding
For most customers, we then sand to a perfect smoothness for a classic flat ceiling finish. Alternatively, a new texture (a “knockdown” ceiling, for example) can be added.
5. Priming and Painting
We apply a high-quality primer to guarantee solid adhesion of the new finish. Then, we add two coats of premium paint for a striking, long-lasting finish.
6. Clean-Up and Inspection
After everything is finished, we conduct a detailed final inspection to guarantee your satisfaction. Then, we clean up and leave your space ready for you to enjoy.
